I am an executive assistant to Revolutionary author and Women's Right Activist Gloria Steinem. I volunteer and do non-profit fundraising with numerous womens organizations: B.R.A.V.A. (Brooklyn Rape Awareness & Violence Association), Feminist.com, Ms. Foundation for Women, Soapbox, Third Wave Foundation, Voters for Choice, V-Day. I aided the NYPD in capturing and shutting down child pornography websites in 2003, I also produced the Pratt Institute 2003 college campaign production of the Vagina Monologues. I organize booksigning events, and information parties, etc. I'm currently a member of NYU-NOW and the Meeting Group which is an organized initiative with SAPES (Sexual Assault Prevention Education Services)to promote the rape crisis line on campus as well as work with other students to gain funding and create a 24hr hotline.
